Laura Hardy serves as Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Senior Vice President, Head of Transactions, for Continental Europe. Prior to her current role she was Chief of Staff for Â鶹ÊÓƵ¡¯s Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region and Head of Marketing and Transaction Services for Â鶹ÊÓƵ Global Financial Â鶹ÊÓƵ (GFS) in EMEA, where she led marketing, structuring, and project management initiatives. Laura also previously managed business development activities for GFS in the United Kingdom.
Laura joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ in 2012. Prior to joining the company, she was a consultant for Willis Towers Watson in the Pensions division, where she advised multinational sponsors and trustees on de-risking strategies, including bulk annuity and longevity swap products.
Laura received a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and a Master of Science degree in actuarial finance. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries
